Elite Listings: Product Updates

We’re happy to announce we are making consistent updates to Elite Listings. These enhancements are built to give you greater insight, more time back in your day, and better results from the leads we deliver.

These improvements are all part of our commitment to helping you focus on what matters most: connecting you with serious buyers and sellers to close more deals.

6/13: Smarter Lead Statuses Now Live

You told us you needed more clarity on where leads stand. Now your dashboard includes updated lead statuses to better reflect how each contact is progressing:

  • Nurture — We’re actively qualifying this lead through calls, texts, and emails.
  • Engaged — The lead has shown early intent. We’re continuing outreach to schedule an appointment.
  • Interested — The ISA confirmed interest, but no appointment was set. Review the call summary and follow up.
  • Scheduled — The lead has booked an appointment. Check the summary and recording to prep.

This update gives you more visibility and makes it easier to prioritize your time.

6/13: Weekly Lead Recap

Many of you asked for a way to track leads more easily—so we’ve added weekly summary emails showing all number of leads you’ve received that week.

Remember, we’ll send you a text notification when a lead reaches Interested or Scheduled status.

5/2: Additional Tracking in Leads Dashboard

You’ll now see detailed activity stats from the Inside Sales Agent (ISA) directly in your dashboard:

  • The total number of calls attempted, connected, and appointments set.
  • Individual lead records now show the number of contact attempts and information on the most recent outreach.
  • Call summaries and recordings are available for calls where we’ve set an appointment.

This gives you clear visibility into what’s happening behind the scenes and makes follow-up even more efficient.

5/2: Inside Sales Agent (ISA) Update

A few weeks ago, we launched an Inside Sales Agent (ISA) capability to make outbound calls to your leads. Since then, we’ve made over 12,000 calls to leads generated through Elite Listings.

We’re still scaling this capability and refining our approach based on real-world results. If you run into any issues with ISA-set appointments, please let us know at success@elitelistings.com.

4/18: Inside Sales Agent (ISA) Outreach Now Live

To save you time and help you focus on your warmest opportunities, we’ve added a dedicated Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to reach out to new leads on your behalf.

  • New leads are contacted shortly after they come in

  • Leads will first be tagged as “engaged” while they’re being qualified

  • Once a lead is ready to talk, they’ll be marked “interested”, and you’ll receive a notification

This change was inspired by customer feedback—and is already helping users prioritize their most promising leads.

You’re still welcome to reach out to any lead at any time—but now you’ll know exactly who’s warmed up and ready.

4/18: Add Notes to Track Outreach

You asked, we listened: You can now add custom notes to any lead in your dashboard. Just click into any lead, enter your note, and click Save.

Use this to track conversations, follow-up dates, or anything else that helps you stay organized.
